Nutrien Ag Solutions needed a high quality training facility that would meet the organizations high standard for design and branding. The organization looked to 3twenty to complete a design-build of a new facility that would serve their internal safety training requirements. The building was thoughtfully designed to accommodate flexible learning environments: the main training space can accommodate multiple training configurations based on group sizes.
A grand entry welcomes guests and would challenge anyone to figure out how this was built using a modular process. Large corridors and 3,000ft2 of clear-span training space give guests the feeling of being in a hotel in downtown Saskatoon. 3twenty’s designers worked collaboratively with Nutrien’s marketing group to ensure brand consistent design elements were integrated throughout, and helped coordinate owner-supplied signage and branding throughout.
Architectural finishes consistent with Nutrien branding guidelines
Expansive 3,200ft2 training space, divisible by a folding wall system
Coordination with Construction Manager to support the addition of a shop adjacent to the training facility.
