Project Summary
The Regina Catholic School Division (RCSD) serves nearly 12,000 students, making it the fourth largest division in Saskatchewan. With over 30 schools, and fluctuating demographics, the division has relied on relocatable classrooms to help adjust classroom space with enrolment. Every year, RCSD issues a public RFP to select a vendor to be engaged in the design and supply of relocatable classrooms.
In 2015, 3twenty developed a proposal in response to the RFP. Back then, 3twenty had never built classrooms before. Our initial bid was price competitive, yet some of our specifications needed some improvement; this was the beginning of our collaborative relationship with RCSD. Although they had funding for nine classrooms, they awarded us three of them as a trial run. We revamped our specs to better align with the division’s expectations, and we built and delivered the first units on schedule.
Since our “trial run” in 2015, we have responded to their annual public RFPs and have been the successful proponent. Every year, we are faced with new, unique site-related challenges.

“Since 3twenty's initial response to our RFP for portable classrooms was submitted, we have been impressed with their professional approach to our requirements. The units we purchased were delivered on time, on budget and with no change orders other than the design changes we requested. I would not hesitate to use the service of 3twenty again. They are a Saskatchewan company that provide a quality solution to our portable classroom requirements.” - Rodd Hoffart, Retired Superintendent of Facilities of Regina Catholic School Division
