Project Summary
Over 10 years ago, 3twenty’s first major customer and project was a 22-unit mining camp built from containers for the Seabee Gold Mine. At the time, Claude Resources owned and operated the mine, which is now SSR Mining. In 2023, 3twenty completed a second-floor expansion for the SSR Mining camp. This time, the team delivered the project without using containers.
The 17-module expansion added 24 bedroom units, along with washrooms and a laundry room. The design matched the original SSR mining camp to ensure a seamless addition. The team completed the expansion off site in Saskatoon. It arrived at the mine at 90% completion, allowing crews to complete tie-ins and final finishing touches efficiently.
