Aspen Plaza Retail Development

CHD Developments had specific requirements for their new retail development and 3twenty jumped at the opportunity to help an existing client with this unique project.

Project Summary

3twenty collaborated closely with CHD Developments to design and construct a shell for their new retail development project that not only adhered to the City of Saskatoon’s stringent zoning requirements, but also offered adaptable spaces for a diverse range of future tenants. It was also essential that the building complemented the character and aesthetics of the surrounding neighborhood.

Unlike most of 3twenty’s projects, the 16,500 square-foot retail development was built entirely on-site in Aspen Ridge. The shell was designed with tenant customization in mind, featuring pedestrian-friendly storefronts and convenient access to a spacious parking lot. We also incorporated landscaping plans to accommodate a future drive-thru and a daycare with an outdoor play area. Special attention was given to selecting exterior finishes that harmonize with the surrounding community.
