Project Summary
The Chester’s Chicken and Subway project in La Loche created a new 2,158-square-foot commercial space for the northern Saskatchewan community. The building brings both restaurants together under one roof while giving each brand its own dedicated kitchen and service area.
The layout includes two commercial kitchens designed around the equipment and operations of each restaurant. In addition, the building includes food preparation areas, service counters, storage and customer space. The team coordinated the layouts, equipment and building systems to meet the requirements of both brands within one compact footprint.
