Project Summary
In 2022, Modular Building Solutions partnered with 3twenty to design and build a new office in Manitoba to support their growing operations across the province. The space includes two meeting rooms, multiple private offices, a design studio for client consultations, and a welcoming reception area.
Following continued collaboration on several commercial projects, Modular Building Solutions engaged 3twenty again in 2024. This time, the team delivered a 4,681-square-foot office expansion. The addition supports ongoing growth and includes a mix of private and open workspaces. It also features a staff kitchen designed for comfort and team connection.
The expansion was carefully planned to integrate seamlessly with the original building. As a result, the layout, finishes, and overall brand experience remain consistent throughout the space.
