Project Summary
Rack Petroleum Ltd. is a Saskatchewan-based independent agricultural services retailer. The Rack offers a wide range of products and services, including Ultimate Yield agronomy, crop protection, fertilizer, fuel, and custom application. With 12 locations across Saskatchewan and Alberta, Rack Petroleum continues to grow as a vibrant and expanding company. As a result, the team needed an upgraded retail space that better reflects the brand.
At the North Battleford location, the previous office space was small, temporary, and aging. With a strong focus on client experience, The Rack wanted a new space that felt modern, comfortable, and practical. To support this goal, 3twenty completed the full design-build and general contracting scope of the project. The team delivered a building that includes three spacious offices, a formal meeting room, and an open reception and waiting area. The space also features a kitchenette and coffee station.
