Project Summary
Working with an experienced dental industry designer, 3twenty provided construction management services for this West 14 dental office project. The goal was to give West 14 Dental a fresh new look and a space tailored to its needs. Unlike many of our projects, this build did not use a modular construction process. Instead, the team completed a tenant improvement for an exceptional client.
3twenty worked closely with the owner and the designer throughout the project. Together, the team constructed five patient rooms for hygiene and operations. The space also includes a welcoming reception and waiting area with a beverage station. In addition, the layout features two offices and a staff eating area with a kitchenette. The team completed the project with modern artwork and furniture used consistently throughout the space.
From permitting through turnover, 3twenty maintained its collaborative, value-added approach. This commitment remained a priority, even though the project differed from our typical scope.
