A dentist we previously did a new build for asked us to take on a tenant improvement project, and we jumped on board to support his continued growth.
Project Summary
Working with an experienced designer in the dental industry, 3twenty provided the construction management services for this dental office project to give West 14 a fresh new feel and space suited to their needs. This was unlike our typical projects utilizing a modular building process; instead, we undertook a tenant improvement for an extraordinary customer. We worked with the owner and his designer to construct five patient rooms for hygiene and operations, a waiting and reception area with a beverage station, two offices, and an eating area and kitchenette for office staff. Our team finished off the project with modern artwork and furniture carried throughout. From permitting to turnover, we maintained our collaborative value-added approach even though it was not our typical project.
